The VentoyPlugson.exe utility has been slightly modified to work on an USB drive (not just official Ventoy drives) so that it will recognise any USB drive.
If you want the latest v1.0.81 version of VentoyPlugson for E2B, you can download it from here and add it to your \ventoy folder on the E2B USB drive. Note however that if you boot Ventoy for Easy2Boot v1.0.79, then any changes made in versions 1.0.80 onwards will not take effect (e.g. enable/disable secondary menu setting does not work in v1.0.79).
The new VentoyPlugson.exe 1.0.81 has several UI improvements - you can see which tabs are active (a red dot indicates active tabs), you can preview the ventoy.json file and you can reset any tab section to defaults and this make all settings in that tab page inactive.

Ventoy for Easy2Boot will only be updated to the current release version when the official Ventoy build becomes stable for a week or so as it takes quite a lot of time and effort to update/edit/recompile/test a new build for E2B.
