Under some (as yet unknown) conditions, running chkdsk c: /f may damage your Windows filesytem and cause BSODs! See here for a report for Windows 10 20H2 update KB4592438.
I have also noticed that windows 10 creates a task every day to defray a SSD which is a big no. This was supposed to be fixed months ago but still haven't. This must be disabled manually.
