So, how does 110% gain in 5 years sound to you?
I like IITU+IUCM ETFs for high gain (but volatile performance), but it seems to me that for non-US residents, a hedged NADAQ ETF is a smart move and I use EQGB which I add to on any dips.
So for a single ETF portfolio, why not just hold EQGB if you live in the UK, or a similar ETF if in Europe or elsewhere outside the USA?
P.S. I also like to buy a leveraged NASDAQ fund such as QQQ3 if American companies look like a good buy, but this is for short-term only because x3 leverage can cause large losses if I don't keep a close eye on it.
