Here is how to add the German Notfall 13 2019 ISO to E2B.
You can simply add the ISO to one of the E2B menu folders.
If you want to change the menu system configuration files or want a 'flat file' installation so it can store updates (?), etc. and UEFI-boot you may want to create a .imgPTN file for it.
These instructions stems from a thread on reboot.pro here.
Note that to test it under VirtualBox, you need to pick one of the Safe Mode (old PC) options or else it will crash!
2. Click the MPI Tool Pack - CreateDesktopShortcuts.cmd link to ensure the Desktop shortcuts point to the new version.
3. Drag-and-drop the Notfall ISO onto the MPI_FAT32 Desktop shortcut - choose the default 603 when prompted.
4. Copy the .imgPTN file to your E2B drive (e.g. \_ISO\UTILITIES) and make it contiguous.
5. Boot on a REAL SYSTEM (not a VM) at least for the first boot or it may crash!
If you want to use Virtual Box, once it has been successfully booted on a real system, you can try one of the other menu options under VBox such as an 'old PC' setting which is what I used under VBox 5...
