I have added some files to E2B that will allow you to easily make and alter your own GFX Boot menus. It does not use a GUI, but is very easy to use.

The penguin theme is automatically used if you change the gfxboot.cfg file and set the penguin variable and then repack the message file. If you set a value of -1, then at Christmas time, the animated penguins will be dressed for Xmas!
